วิธีลบบัญชี

1. เปิด BAD GO บนเว็บ
   เปิด badgo-webapp.web.app
2. แตะ PROFILE (มุมขวาล่าง) แล้วกด เข้าสู่ระบบ ด้วยวิธีเดียวกับที่สมัครไว้ — เบอร์โทร · Google · อีเมล
3. แตะ ตั้งค่า แล้วเลื่อนลงไปหมวด บัญชี › ลบบัญชี
4. อ่านสรุปสิ่งที่จะหายไป พิมพ์คำว่า ลบบัญชี แล้วยืนยันตัวตนอีกครั้ง (รหัส OTP · Google · รหัสผ่าน)

ในแอปมือถือทำได้แบบเดียวกันที่ PROFILE › ตั้งค่า › ลบบัญชี

ต้องจัดการก่อน (ถ้ามี)

หน้าลบบัญชีจะแจ้งและพาไปจัดการให้เสร็จก่อน เพื่อไม่ให้สมาชิกคนอื่นค้างคา

• ผู้จัดกิจกรรม — ปิดยอดกิจกรรมที่ยังไม่ปิดให้ครบ
• หัวกิลด์ — โอนตำแหน่งหัวกิลด์ให้สมาชิกคนอื่น หรือยุบกิลด์
• โค้ช — ปิดคลาสที่ยังไม่จบ และตอบคำขอเรียนที่ค้าง
• บัญชีทีมงาน — ให้เจ้าของระบบถอดสิทธิ์ทีมงานก่อน

ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ

• โปรไฟล์ ชื่อ รูปที่อัปโหลด และข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ (เบอร์โทร · อีเมล · บัญชี Google)
• เหรียญและประวัติเหรียญ
• คะแนน RANK ระดับฝีมือ ผลประเมิน แต้มและตำแหน่งจากรายการแข่ง
• การแจ้งเตือน การเป็นสมาชิกกิลด์ และคำขอเข้ากิลด์
• ข้อความแชทส่วนตัวที่คุณส่ง
• ที่นั่งในก๊วน/บุฟเฟต์ที่ยังไม่จบ และใบสมัครแข่งที่ยังไม่แข่ง (คืนที่ให้คนอื่น)
• ข้อมูลโค้ชและใบสมัครโค้ช

ข้อมูลที่คงไว้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน

ชื่อของคุณจะเปลี่ยนเป็น ผู้เล่นที่ลบบัญชี ในข้อมูลที่ใช้ร่วมกับผู้เล่นคนอื่น:

• ผลแมตช์และห้องที่จบแล้ว — คะแนนของผู้เล่นคนอื่นคิดจากผลเหล่านี้
• รายการแข่งที่จบแล้ว
• ประวัติการจองสนาม (ลบบันทึกเพิ่มเติมออก)
• ข้อความในแชทกิลด์ — ระบบล้างข้อความที่เก่ากว่า 90 วันตามปกติ
• รีวิวและรายงานที่คุณเคยส่ง

และเก็บบันทึกว่ามีการลบบัญชี (สถานะและเวลา) ซึ่งไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนตัว

ใช้เวลานานแค่ไหน

• ระบบเริ่มลบทันทีเมื่อคุณยืนยัน และกู้คืนไม่ได้
• ถ้าเน็ตหลุดระหว่างลบ ระบบจะลบส่วนที่เหลือให้เองภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง — ระหว่างนั้นบัญชีจะถูกพัก เข้าร่วมก๊วนหรือใช้เหรียญไม่ได้

Delete your BAD GO account (English)

You can delete your BAD GO account (by FutureProsoft) and its data on the web, without installing the app:

1. Open badgo-webapp.web.app.
2. Tap PROFILE > เข้าสู่ระบบ (Sign in) with the method you signed up with: phone, Google or email.
3. Tap ตั้งค่า (Settings) > ลบบัญชี (Delete account), type ลบบัญชี and verify your identity again.

Before deleting: event organizers must settle open events, guild leaders must transfer or disband their guild, coaches must close active classes and answer pending requests, and staff accounts need their staff role removed first.

Deleted: profile, photos and sign-in details, coins and coin history, RANK, skill level and ratings, tournament points and titles, notifications, guild memberships, direct messages you sent, upcoming session seats and tournament entries, and coach data.

Kept without your name (shown as "ผู้เล่นที่ลบบัญชี", deleted player): finished match results and sessions, which other players' ratings depend on; finished tournament entries; venue booking history; guild chat messages, which are removed after 90 days; and reviews or reports you submitted. A deletion record with no personal data is also kept.

Timing: deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. Any remaining parts are completed automatically within 24 hours.
